I updated the driver but I was just able to find a driver for Win 8. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread. I went looking for the ‘setup file’ for the driver and all I was able to locate was the driver itself which is in ‘C: Did you make any changes on the computer prior to this issue? I tried the compatibilty mode for Win 8 and Win 7, I deinstalled the driver and tried every variation.

How can I use my gigabyte connection? The problem is not internet speed.

You’re probably getting this connection speed from the icon at your task tray, correct? Could you suggest where one might find this setup file?
